On August 26, 2022, Shanghai Zerun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Zerun") was awarded “Municipal-acknowledged Enterprise Technology Center " in an assessment led by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization (SHEIT) in the first half of 2022.

The assessment aims to implement the city’s innovation-driven development strategy, strengthen the leading role businesses play in making technological innovation, and encourage businesses to set up their own technology centers with concrete support. Successful candidates are expected to be industry leaders in terms of scale, competitiveness, management, R&D strength, and innovation capability, and invest consistently and significant in R&D. The award is a testament to Shanghai Zerun’s R&D capability and demonstrated SHEIT’s confidence in Shanghai Zerun’s comprehensive strength and growth prospects.
